Why I do this work
I've spent my career inside the parts of organizations that quietly keep everything running — logistics, supply chain, and the operational plumbing that only gets noticed when it breaks. That's where I learned complexity is rarely intentional. It builds up one workaround at a time, until nobody remembers why a process works the way it does.
To me, entropy isn't just a chemistry or physics term. It's what happens inside a growing business, when systems, processes, and people drift out of alignment faster than anyone can document it. Bringing that back under control, without adding more bureaucracy, is the work I enjoy most.
I started Entropy Consulting to help organizations see their own systems clearly, simplify them, and build the practical tools and habits that keep entropy from creeping back in.
